Using this site
By using dermablend.ca you agree to these Terms. You must be the age of majority in your province or territory, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Do not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.
Products and information
We try to describe products, shades and prices accurately. Colours may look different on screens. Product details, including ingredients and, for SPF products, the DIN or NPN, are on each product page and on the packaging. Always follow the label directions.
Prices, taxes and charges
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Before you pay, checkout shows an itemized total: the product price, shipping charge (Standard $10 CAD; Priority $20 CAD), any discount, and applicable taxes (GST/HST, PST or QST, depending on where the order ships). There are no other fees. Promotional offers apply only as stated.
Placing an order
Before you submit an order, checkout lets you review your order, correct errors, and accept or decline. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it, and we will send you a written copy of your agreement (the order confirmation) by email within 15 days, including all the information above. If we cannot fill an order or must change it (for example, a pricing error or stock limit), we will contact you and refund any amount charged for items we do not ship.
Delivery
We ship within Canada only, via Canada Post or UPS. Orders usually ship within 48 hours. Standard delivery takes 4–10 business days (up to 15 in some regions); Priority takes 1–3 business days.
Your cancellation rights
You may cancel before your order ships by contacting us. Under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act you may also cancel within 7 days after receiving your copy of the agreement if we did not give you the required information or copy, or within 30 days after the delivery date if goods are not delivered (you may cancel any time after that until delivery). We will refund all money paid within 15 days of your cancellation notice.

Reviews and content you submit
Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning and we disclose incentivized reviews. By submitting content you give us permission to display it on our site.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live in another province or territory, you keep the protections of your local consumer laws.
