Refund policy

  • Items bought on dermablend.ca, including opened items, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective, or the wrong item, can be returned at any time within 30 days whether opened or not. We cover the return shipping.

  • Gift cards are not refundable except where required by law.

  • Sale items can be returned on the same terms as other items.

How to return

  1. Email canada@dermablend.com or call 1-800-662-8011 with your order number.

  2. We will send return instructions and, for damaged, defective or incorrect items, a prepaid label.

  3. Ship the item to: Dermablend LP, 150 Downs Dr, Unit 4, Welland, ON L3B 0K3, Canada.

Refunds

We will email you when we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days, including the original taxes. Original shipping charges are refunded if the item was damaged, defective or wrong. Your bank may take a few more days to post the refund.

Exchanges

To exchange a shade, return the original item and place a new order.

Your statutory cancellation rights in our Terms of Sale are in addition to this policy.
