What is the Refer-a-Friend program?

With the Dermablend Refer-a-Friend program, you can earn 20% off your next purchase, no minimum purchase value, for every friend referral who purchases from Dermablend. Your friends will get 20% off their first purchase too!

How does the Refer-a-Friend program work?

First, visit the share page:

Refer a Friend, Save 20%!

Next, enter your email address so we know where to send your rewards. Then, send a referral email, or post a referral on Facebook or Twitter. Once you share, you’ll be assigned a share link that allows us to track all of your referrals and ensure you received your rewards. If a friend clicks on your link and purchases, you'll earn your reward.

How many people can I refer?

Users may refer a maximum of 25 friends, family members or colleagues per year and a maximum of 500 times throughout the entirety of the Refer-a-Friend program.

Who is eligible to participate in the Refer-a-Friend program?
  • You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the U.S. to earn a reward.
  • In order to earn a reward, your friend must be a NEW customer.

How do I track my referrals?

Sign up for a "dashboard" email to receive updates on how many shares, clicks, and referrals you've made and how much you've earned from the Refer-a-Friend program. Just visit the share page:

And click the "My Stats" link found under the sharing options.

How will my friend know that I am referring them?

The email you send to your friends comes from your email address. In the email, there are detailed instructions telling your friend how to join the Refer-a-Friend program and earn his or her reward.

Once I earn a referral, when will I receive my reward?

We fulfill rewards daily, so it can take up to 1 day for you to receive your reward after your friend makes a purchase.

How do I know when I've earned a reward?

Once your friend has made a purchase, we'll send you an email with your coupon.

I accidentally deleted my reward email. Can it be resent?

Yes, of course. Just contact us via email, phone, or chat at customer service and we’ll re-send you the reward via email. Make sure to supply us with the email address you used when you joined the Refer-a-Friend program.

What if I referred my friend, he or she made a purchase, but I never got a reward?

No problem! Simply contact us at customer service with the email address you used to register for the Refer-a-Friend program. In this email, please send us the email address of your friend, and we’ll look at his or her referral in our system.

Are there any special restrictions or rules for the Refer-a-Friend program?

This program has a simple set of rules to ensure that users are referring their friends and are not spamming large lists or referring themselves. The rules are:

  • Users may earn one (1) reward for each valid referral.
  • Users may not submit multiple email addresses in an attempt to earn a reward or an additional reward.
  • Users may not participate in a referral program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.
  • Users may not use spam to obtain referrals. Users may not acquire referrals through unsolicited email to persons unknown to them, or through use net or message board postings, where the postings are unrelated to the topic of discussion or otherwise violate the terms of the site.
  • We do not guarantee delivery time on any rewards earned, nor does it guarantee receipt of any rewards.

Restrictions.Referrers cannot refer themselves or create multiple, fictitious or fake accounts with the Company or participate in the Program as “Friends.” No user may use the Program to violate any law, infringe or violate the rights of any third party, or otherwise act in a manner that is deemed harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene or outside the spirit and intent of the Program. In addition, you may not (i) tamper with the Program, (ii) act in an unfair or disruptive manner, or (iii) use any system, bot or other device or artifice to participate or receive any benefit in the Program. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Employees of the Company or any of its or their subsidiaries, affiliates or promotional agencies are not able to participate.

Rewards.These rewards may be redeemed in various forms in the Company's sole discretion. Restrictions may apply. For example, there may be a limitation on the number of referrals you can make, or if the reward is in the form of a gift card, gift certificate or voucher, it may be subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions. Rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. The Company may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason. Unless otherwise stated, rewards have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. They are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold.

Bulk Distribution (“Spam”).Each Referrer is the actual sender of the emails and must comply with applicable law. Referrals must be created and distributed in a personal manner that is appropriate and customary for communications with friends, colleagues and family members. By submitting any email address as part of the Program, the Referrer represents that he/she has the appropriate permission and consent. Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other use of the services described herein in a manner that is not promoted is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate termination and further legal action. The Company has no obligation to monitor the Program or any communications; however, the Company may choose to do so and block any email messages, remove any such content, or prohibit any use of the Program. Referrers who do not comply with the law, including anti-spam laws, are obligated to indemnify the Program Entities against any liabilities, costs and expenses it incurs as a result of such spam.
